These Terms of Service govern your use of the Iron Star Exterior Cleaning website and the services we provide. By using our website or hiring us, you agree to these terms.
We provide exterior cleaning services including house washing, roof cleaning, driveway and concrete cleaning, gutter cleaning, fence and deck cleaning, trash bin cleaning, and commercial pressure washing in the Rio Grande Valley. Quotes are estimates based on the information available; the final price may be adjusted after an on-site assessment, and we'll confirm any change with you before proceeding.
We'll schedule your service at a mutually agreeable time. Because our work depends on weather, we may need to reschedule for rain or unsafe conditions; we'll do so at no charge and arrange the next available date.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon completion of the work. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed when you book.
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with an area we cleaned, contact us promptly and we will return to re-clean it at no additional charge. This guarantee covers the quality of our cleaning; it does not cover results that are not achievable due to permanent staining, surface damage, or wear that existed before our service.
We are licensed and insured and take care to protect your property. To help us work safely, please secure or remove fragile items, close windows, and let us know of any pre-existing damage, loose surfaces, or hazards before we begin. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, latent defects, or damage caused by conditions outside our control or not disclosed to us.
We may photograph completed work to show examples of our services. These photos generally do not identify you or your exact address. If you prefer we not use photos of your property, just let us know and we'll honor that.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
